• Industrial Park in Orange, Massachusetts on 60 acres. Responsible for coordination and supervision of five other project engineers in preparing plans and specifications for roads, water, sewer, and stormwater utilities.
• Stratton Mountain, VT; 197 room condominium hotel and village complex. Supervised six project engineers to accomplish all site and utility plans, acquire all state permits, plus Act 250.
• Wilmington, VT; 80,000 square foot shopping center, including water, sewer, parking, storm drainage, and landscape. In charge of state approvals and Act 250 application.
• Water and Wastewater Engineering Department 1977 - 1979;
• Project Manager in the feasibility and preliminary design, costing and funding of wastewater collection, treatment and disposal facilities to include:
• Dalton, NH; 36,000 gpd conventional septic-subsurface leachfield system.
• Danville, VT; 40,000 gpd aerated lagoon treatment, 2 miles of gravity sewer, municipal pump station and force main.
• West Pawlet, VT; 40,000 gpd rotating biological contractor treatment unit with sewers and pump station.
• Project Design Engineer in preparing construction plans and specifications for wastewater treatment and disposal facilities to include:
• Berlin, NH; 2.5 MGD water treatment plant.
• Montpelier, VT; 3.5 MGD wastewater treatment plant.
• Bennington, NH; 40,000 gpd septic-leaching system.
• Cardigan Mountain School, Canon, NH; 8,000 gpd mound leachfield.
• Construction Services Division 1976 - 1977;
• Municipal water system, Berlin, NH; Engineering inspector on a 2.0 MGD treatment plant project with 5 miles of water mains, wastewater pump station and force main over I-91 in Putney, Vermont.

ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS 1971 - 1976;
• Assignments included platoon leader, executive office, and Company Commander in an engineering construction battalion, Karlsruhe, Germany. Responsible for construction of projects involving earthwork, foundations, concrete pavements, storm drainage, sewer and water utilities. Rank - Captain, Awards, meritorious service medal. Vietnam Veteran.
GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY 1970 - 1971;
• Engineer inspector for construction of gas turbine generator and nuclear powered stream turbine generator within New England.
VERMONT HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, Summers 1966 - 1969;
• Acting survey crew chief and construction inspector on construction of I-89 and I-91, performing vertical and horizontal control for roads, bridges, drainage, plus cross sectioning for quantities, plus construction inspector on all projects.
